Youth Programs - Ages 7-13
Youth programs are designed for children and pre-teens to learn techniques and skills in a safe, structured and respectful environment. Training focuses on mastering the fundamentals with proper form and safety under the supervision of an experienced coach. In addition to teaching martial arts skills, training also helps kids to develop important life skills in and outside of the gym such as self-discipline, self-confidence, respect for others, and teamwork. It is important to note that MMA training is not the same as MMA fighting and youth participants are not allowed to participate in combative bouts until they have reached a certain level in their training.

Adult Classes
Adult classes are designed for teens and adults to learn the skills and techniques necessary to compete in MMA, Muay Thai/kickboxing or Jiu Jitsu as well as those who want to improve their overall fitness, self-defense abilities and confidence. Martial arts classes can be intense and challenging but they can also be tailored to accommodate individuals of all skill and fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete, you can benefit from the physical and mental training provided by MMA classes.

What we offer
Types of Martial Arts offered
Boxing
A stand up sport using only punches that has been practiced around the world for centuries. The objective is to hit with power and precision while avoiding being hit. Boxing requires a combination of physical and mental skills, including speed, agility, strength, endurance, and strategic thinking. Boxers train using a variety of techniques and equipment, such as punching bags, mitt work, jumping rope, tennis balls, and sparring partners to develop and improve their skills, timing and physical fitness.
No-Gi Jiu Jitsu
A style of ground fighting and self defense that uses positions and leverage to dominate and over power an opponent with holds and submissions or chokes. Jiu Jitsu competition and training often pairs individuals with opponents their own size but with proper techniques and understanding it is developed so even a smaller or weaker person can create leverage and defeat a larger adversary.
Muay Thai
Muay Thai is a martial art and combat sport that originated in Thailand. It is a striking based discipline that emphasizes the use of punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes to deliver powerful and devastating blows. In addition to striking, Muay Thai also includes clinching techniques that allow fighters to control their opponents and deliver strikes at close range.
M.M.A
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is full contact combat sport which allows the combination of skills and techniques from various martial arts disciplines such as boxing, jiu jitsu, wrestling, muay Thai, and judo. MMA fighters use a variety of striking and grappling, both standing on the ground to defeat their opponents. MMA fights take place in an octagon and can be won by knockout, submission or judges decision. MM has increased in popularity with organizations such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and Bellator MMA promoting high profile events and featuring some of the best fighters in the world.
